Terms of Use

  1. Service. MythShot creates images and videos from your photo with AI. Results vary every time and do not depict real events.
  2. Age. The app is not intended for children under 13.
  3. Content rules. You may not use other people's photos without permission, celebrities, sexualized content involving minors, hate or violence. Such requests are rejected.
  4. Coins and coin packs. Coins are for in-app use only and cannot be exchanged for cash. Coins are bought as one-time coin packs through the App Store / Google Play; nothing renews automatically. Purchased coins never expire. Failed shoots are refunded automatically.
  5. Your content. You may use and share what you create for personal purposes. Free usage adds a watermark.
  6. Brands and ad mode. In Story Studio you can add a brand (logo, product image, name, tagline) to a series to make episodes for advertising. When you add a brand you confirm that it is yours or that you have the right to use it; this confirmation is recorded with its date and time. Using someone else's brand, logo or product without permission is prohibited, and the content and brand may be removed at the brand owner's request. You are responsible for any commercial use of branded content and for complying with advertising and trademark rules (such as disclosing that it is an ad). The AI places the logo into scenes and may not reproduce it exactly; your original logo is shown in the corner and at the end of the video.
  7. Sharing. MythShot suggests a title, caption and hashtags that fit TikTok, YouTube and Instagram for each episode; you share the video on these platforms yourself, with your own account. MythShot does not connect to these accounts or post on your behalf. Suggested texts are generated by AI; check them before you post. You are responsible for the content you share and for following the platforms' rules (including AI-content disclosure).
  8. Liability. The service is provided as is; AI results are not guaranteed to match your expectations. Mandatory statutory rights are not affected.
  9. Governing law. The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply. Consumer disputes are handled by Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts.
