AI explainer video

An AI explainer video answers one question quickly with visuals: in MythShot you type the question and pick an explainer format, and the script, illustrations, narration and subtitles come back ready.

For facts channels, teachers and anyone who likes explaining things simply. Three formats are built for it; each tells the same question with a different rhythm.

An explainer in four steps

  1. 1

    Write the question

Pick a question whose answer fits one video: “How do black holes form?”, “How does credit card interest work?”. Split broad topics into several videos.

  2. 2

    Pick the format

Explained in a Minute for one clear answer, Notebook Lesson for a step-by-step process, Rapid-Fire Facts for number-heavy topics.

  3. 3

    Render and check

Watch it all the way through. AI can make mistakes; verify numbers, dates and names before you post and regenerate any wrong scene. For longer, source-checked explanations, use the documentary mode.

  4. 4

    Edit

In the editor, pick a subtitle style, highlight a key word with text, add a card or image, and record your own voice-over if you like.

Motion graphics

A separate motion graphics mode, built on charts, icons and kinetic type, is in the works and coming soon. Today, explainers are made with illustrated and animated scenes; documentaries add maps, timelines and number cards. AI documentary maker.

Questions

Are the facts accurate?

In the explainer formats AI writes the script and can make mistakes; watch it before you post, and regenerate or correct any wrong scene. In documentary mode, facts are checked against reliable sources and the source list is shown.

Can teachers use it for lessons?

Yes; the Notebook Lesson format walks through a topic step by step on a notebook page. Save the video and show it in class or share it with students.

Can I use my own voice?

Yes. The editor's voice-over tool records you from the playhead; music ducks under your voice.

Is it free, and what does it cost?

Your first video is on us: a new account gets enough coins for a first narrated video. Talking, fully animated scenes cost more coins; every video's cost is shown before you make it. After that you buy one-time coin packs; there are no recurring charges and coins never expire. If a render fails, the coins are refunded automatically. Charges and refunds happen only on our servers and are logged.

Does MythShot post for me?

No. MythShot suggests a title, caption and hashtags for TikTok, YouTube and Instagram; you upload the video from your phone's share sheet with your own account. MythShot never connects to your accounts.
